What is Agriculture?
Agriculture is defined as the science of growing crops and rearing of farm animals, to provide food, and other materials, for the provision of man’s needs.
In a broad sense, agriculture involves the cultivation of crops, raising and breeding of livestock, provision of raw materials for industries, processing, storage, and marketing of agricultural products.
