Title: 2018 Government WAEC (WASSCE) Past Questions

Scheme: There will be two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2; both of which will be in a composite paper to be taken at one sitting.

Paper 1:

Paper 1 will consist of fifty multiple-choice questions to be taken in 1 hour for 40 marks.

Paper 2:

This will be a 2½ hour essay-type test consisting of Section A and Section B for 60 marks.

SECTION A: ELEMENTS OF GOVERNMENT

This shall contain five (5) questions, out of which candidates shall be required to attempt any two (2) only.

SECTION B: POLITICAL AND CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENTS IN WEST AFRICA AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS

Shall contain sets of five (5) questions each; one set for one member country. Each candidate is to answer two (2) questions chosen from the set on the country in which he/she is taking the examination.
