Disease-Causing Organisms: Disease is a change in the normal functioning of plants and animals caused by pathogenic organisms.
Disease-causing organisms include Bacteria, Viruses, Fungi, Nematodes and Worms.
Disease-causing organisms transmit diseases to farm animals through the following:
(i) Wind or Airborne
(ii) Rain or Waterborne
(iii) Insect vectors
(iv) Soil borne
(v) Direct contact
