Gravitation and Weightlessness

Gravity is the force that exists between any two objects that have mass. Weight is a measure of the force of gravity

Gravitation is the force of attraction that makes an object that is dropped fall towards the centre of the earth. Gravitation is also known as the pull of gravity.

The force of attraction that exists among all bodies in the universe is called gravitation. Objects fall to the ground because the earth exerts an attraction which is called gravitational pull.
