Space flight is risky, if anything goes wrong, one or more lives will be lost. This loss of lives can be caused by the following problems
1. Explosion of rockets in flight.
2. Wrong calculation of angle, and speed at the time of launching.
3. The inability of the rocket to reach escape velocity.
4. The explosion of space rockets at the launch pad.
5. Failure of some necessary equipment in the spacecraft to function well.
