
A clerical staff is a person who performs day-to-day routine duties in an office. He/she does general paperwork such as: receiving mails, keeping records of incoming and outgoing mails, filing other related routine mails, etc.
Clerical staff is usually found in offices like banks, general administrative offices, government or parastatal offices.
Categories of a Clerical Staff:
