Human Rights are natural or basic privileges given to citizens which are guided by the constitution of the country. Rights are inalienable privileges citizens are entitled to as a result of his/her citizenship. The concept is based on the fact that we all have worth and dignity.

Rights written in constitution are referred to as inalienable.

Duties are the constitutional responsibilities a citizen is expected to perform for effective administration of a country. Duties are the obligations that are expected to be carried out by bonafide citizens of a particular country.
