- Modes of Information Reception
There are three modes of receiving information. These are:
Audio Mode: This is simply the reception of information through sound, for example, radio sets, mobile phones, CD players, Keyboards, Trumpets, Drums, Tape recorders, etc.

Visual Mode: This is simply the reception of information through images, e.g. photographs, graphics, text, paintings, etc.

Audio-Visual Mode: This is simply the combination of audio and video. We receive both sound and images when we view TV, DStv, GOtv, etc. Other examples include PowerPoint presentations.
