Verb tenses are changes or additions to verbs to show when the action took place: in the past, present, or future.
What is Present Tense?
A present tense expresses an action that is currently going on or habitually performed. It is often used with adverbs like always, sometimes, usually, never, etc.
Examples are:
1. Babies usually cry when they are hungry.
2. He always carries lots of books when he goes to school.
3. Tolu goes to school everyday.
4. My mother makes lunch at 11 O’clock every day.
5. We spend a lot of money when we go shopping.
