Safety Precautions in Volleyball

1. Adequate warm-up exercises before activity.

2. The playing ground should not be wet.

2. Outline five (5) volleyball rules

Answer:

  • All services should be airborne.
  • A server should serve from the baseline.
  • It is a fault if a player touches the net.
  • No player is allowed to carry, catch, lift, scoop or throw the ball. It is a foul.
  • A team is allowed three consecutive touches of the ball before it is returned to the opponent’s court.
