What are Metals?
Metals are solid materials obtained from a natural product known as iron ore found in some places under the earth.
Metals show a lustrous appearance, and are good conductors of heat and electricity. Other important properties include their ductility and malleability.
The most abundant varieties in the Earth’s crust are aluminum, iron, calcium, sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
