Due Process & Truthfulness:

1. Due Process:

Due process is a requirement that legal matters be resolved according to established rules and principles and that individuals be treated fairly. It is a series of steps that must be followed to legally and justly correct any legal matter, for example, when a service provider does not fulfil his or her obligations according to the agreed contract.

2. Truthfulness:

With TAP, the staff is required to be truthful, always, in the conduct of official business. The public should also be told the truth on any issue at all times.
