This topic is a continuation of our previous lesson on the Attributes of TAP.
3. Openness:
Transparency, Accountability and Probity call for openness in the conduct of official business. Openness means sharing and receiving information openly, honestly, and without bias.
4. Fairness:
TAP Calls for fairness in the conduct of organizational activities. No group, person or entity should be treated unfairly in the workplace and there should be mutual respect, strong interpersonal relationships and honest communication.
5. Impartiality:
Activities carried out in the office, especially financial activities must be done correctly in line with laid down principles and conventions. Impartiality means acting fairly and equitably in its dealings with people and in all business operations.
6. Respect for the Rule of Law:
The concept of TAP requires that office activities must be carried out in compliance with laid down rules, regulations of the office, and the law guiding the operation of the organization.
