The BASIC Programming language is the most suitable for new entrants into programming languages because:
1. It is relatively easy to learn.
2. It provides students with the ability to interact directly with the computer since it is installed in a terminal.
3. A simple program written in BASIC for one system can be run on any other system with a BASIC interpreter or compiler.
4. It is the most commonly used programming language for microcomputers and minicomputers.
