7. It helps to be agile and prevent accidents.
8. It is a measure against ageing and disease.
9. It builds self-esteem and Improves body image.
10. It enhances the aesthetic value of the body, it makes the body look good and feel good.
11. It lifts depression: Research suggests that burning calories through sustained sweat-induced activity can reduce symptoms of depression.
