What is Soil pH?
Soil pH (pondus de Hydronium) is defined as a measure of the degree of acidity or alkalinity of the soil. It can also be described as a measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions (H+ ) in the soil.
A higher hydrogen ions (H+ ) concentration indicates soil acidity, while a lower concentration of hydrogen ions (OH– ) indicates soil alkalinity.
pH Scale:
A pH scale graduated from 1 -14 has been developed to measure the degree of acidity or alkalinity of the soil. Soil pH below 7 is said to be alkaline while 7 is neutral.

From the above analysis, soil with:
1. pH 2 is strongly acidic.
2. pH 6 is slightly acidic.
3.
