- Sudan Savanna
- Sahel Savanna
Guinea savanna is the most extensive vegetation belt in Nigeria covering almost half of the country.
Characteristics of Grassland:
1. Grasses remain the predominant species.
2. Presence of short but scattered deciduous trees.
