Below are necessary documents used in Warehouses;

1. Dock Warrant: This is a document issued to custom authority to persons who deposit goods with them. It is a document of title issued only when duties are paid.
2. Delivery Order: It is a document issued by the owner of goods stored in a warehouse entitling the person whose name appears on it to collect the goods specified.
3. Stock Card: The stock card shows how the material is being issued out from the store and the quantity being put into stock. It shows the date on which the item was issued out.
