In this section, we will consider what irregular verbs are, their various forms, and how you can use them in sentences.
Regular Verbs:
To be able to understand irregular verbs, it is important that we first explain what regular verbs are.
Regular verbs are those verbs that form their past tense and past participle by suffixing ‘d’ or ‘ed’.
Examples:
Present Tense | Past Tense | Past Participle |
paste | pasted | pasted |
taste | tasted | tasted |
kill | killed | killed |
post | posted | posted |
