In our last lesson, we examined how the dictionary can help you to form phrasal verbs. We noted that if you look up any verb in your dictionary, the dictionary will show all the prepositional and adverbial particles that can collocate with the verb to form phrasal verbs. For example, the verb set can collocate with in, out, off, up, et cetera.
