Functions of Pressure Groups:
Pressure Groups advise the government on vital issues in administration, policy formation and implementation.
(i) It protects the interests of the members. It promotes the welfare of its members.
(ii) It provides political education for its members.
(iii) It serves as a link between the government and the people.
(iv) It promotes certain general welfare services of the people e.g. NBA
