- Leadership and a Leader
Any organization has set goals that need to be achieved and requires guidance or directives on how such goals are to be achieved. Such an organization requires a knowledgeable strategist to provide guidance or directives so the goals can be achieved, and that is a leader.
Leadership is the ability or capability to direct, shape, and influence the decisions, actions, and activities of others towards the achievement of set goals of an organization. A leader induces his subordinates to work with confidence and zeal. He also influences them towards the realization of organizational goals. Leadership uses management skills, and organizational strategy to provide direction and build an inspiring vision and achieve unimaginable goals.
It can still imply the process of influencing and controlling other people within an organization to achieve the objectives and goals of such an organization.
Leader: A leader shows the way and directs a group to achieve its set goals and objectives. A leader gets things done by enlisting the efforts and actions of other people and channelling them towards achieving organizational goals.
In any human organization such as Schools, States, Towns, etc. people ensure that goals are set and carried out for the growth and development of such societyThe term society is derived from the Latin word 'socius' meaning friendship or companionship. Society is a community, nation or group of people who share the same traditions, institutions, rules and... More. Leaders direct, control, lead, coordinate and organize other people to ensure the set goals and aspirations are achieved. Even at home, there is a leader. Father is the leader. In his absence, the mother becomes the leader.
Leadership can be elected, selected, appointed, self-imposed, or imposed on people (this type is no longer fashionable).
