1. Quick Method:
This is a quick way of finding the focal length of a lens by focusing the image of a distant object on a screen using the lens. The lens is placed in front of a screen and its position is adjusted until a sharp image of the distant object is obtained on the screen. The distance between the screen and the focal length gives the approximate value of the focal length.
