Family planning refers to the practice of controlling the number of children one has and the intervals between their birth through the use of contraceptives or other methods.
Contraception is the prevention of birth.
Methods of Family Planning:
Withdrawal method: This is the penis is taken out of the vagina before ejaculation. Ejaculation takes place outside the vagina, The goal of the withdrawal method — also called “pulling out” — is to keep sperm from entering the vagina. It is the least safe method of birth control.
