These are many implied terms contained in the Sales of Goods Act 1893. Some of them are explained below:
i. That the seller has right to sell goods
ii. It is implied that when goods are sold by sample there is an implied condition that the bulk shall correspond with the sample in quality and size.
iii. The goods must be fit for the purpose for which they are needed.
iv. The buyer will enjoy quiet possession.
