Organizational Structure of NYM:

(i) The party organized congresses and conventions annually.    

(ii) It had branches established in some urban areas throughout the country. H. O. Davies claimed the party had over forty (40) branches nationwide.   

(iii) It had a national executive headed by a president.   

(iv) It utilised an ad hoc committee to carry out some specific functions. The party set up a twelve (12) man committee to prepare for the 1938 general elections.   

(v) The Party’s headquarters was stationed in Lagos.
