History of Development of Political Parties in Nigeria

The history of political development parties during the colonial era in West Africa was formed by newly educated elites to fight the political, economic, and socio-cultural domination of Nigerians by the colonial masters.

The struggle transcended to agitation for political participation and later to political independence.
