The Clock is divided into 12 equal parts. Each part is split into 5 equal divisions called minutes as shown in the diagram below:

A revolution, or turn, is equal to 1 rotation around a circle, or 360°. Revolutions are commonly used to measure the speed of rotation
360º = 1 revolution
So 1º = \( \frac{1}{360} \) of a revolution
Hour Hand
12 hours = (full turn i.e. 360º)
