Below are some processes in Data Processing;

1. Calculation: This is the process of performing arithmetic operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

2. Sorting: This is the process of arranging data in a particular order, such as arranging it in alphabetical order.

3. Classifying: This is the process of grouping together certain characteristics in a set of data. Such as by sex or age, height, class, etc.

4. Summarizing: This is the process of compressing some information without losing any of the main ingredients.

Others are data transmission, data capture, editing, and retrieving.
