Two or more words are said to rhyme when they have the same end sound. For example, the word cow /kaʊ/ rhymes with the word now /naʊ/ because both end with the same sound /aʊ/. Similarly, the word bath /ba:θ/ rhymes with the word path /pa:θ/.
