Heat transfer is classified into various types such as conduction, convection, and radiation. Through these methods, heat can be transferred from one place to another.

Conduction occurs in solids, convection in fluid (liquid and gases), and radiation exists in the atmosphere, the ground, the water and even within our own bodies.
