What is an Accident?

Accident is an unplanned, unexpected, predetermined and undesigned event or occurrence that causes injury or damage. 

Causes of Accidents:

1.  Carelessness.

2. Drug use and abuse. 

3. Disobedience to instructions or rules.

4. Improper use of equipment. 

5. Ignorance. 

6. Drunkenness. 

7. Overspeeding. 

8. Poor lighting. 

9. Fatigue. 

10. Stress.
