What are Rhythmic Activities?
Rhythmic activities are movements involving sounds, beats or music used to meet the need for self-expression. They are movements performed in consonance with regular or specific beats which can be in the form of singing, drumming or improved sound.
Rhythmic activities are simply movements to regular patterns of sound. Examples of rhythmic activities are marching, galloping, hopping, rhythmic singing and dancing.
