Paul’s Farewell Address to the Ephesians at Miletus (Acts 20: 1-38):
After the riot ended Paul left for Macedonia, he arrived in Greece and stayed there for three months. He wanted to sail to Syria but found out some Jews had a plot against him so he decided to go back through Macedonia. Sopater, Aristarchus, Secundus, Gaius, Timothy, Tychicus and Trophimus went ahead and waited at Troas. He travelled through Philippi and joined the others at Troas where they stayed seven days.
