- The Significance of Paul’s First Missionary Journey
Paul’s first missionary journey is very significant to the Church because it caused the Church outside Jerusalem to grow rapidly. He brought the good news of Jesus Christ and converted a large number of Jews and even Gentiles (the foreigners) to Christianity. He increased the number of Christians significantly through his preachings and therefore helped to grow the Church.
