Paul in Paphos (Acts 13: 6-12):
Paul and Barnabas went down to Seleucia and sailed from there to the town of Salamis, on the Island of Cyprus.
When they arrived at Salamis they proclaimed the word of God in Jewish synagogues with John Mark as their helper. They travelled through the entire island until they came to Paphos where they met a Jewish sorcerer and false prophet named Bar-Jesus, who was the attendant of the proconsula governor or military commander of an ancient Roman province. More, Sergius Paulus.
